I've been inside dozens of NP-owned practices, not from the outside looking in, but in the actual operations: the tech stacks, the intake flows, the patient journeys. And we're not doing it alone. I'm building a community by hosting a monthly call so NP practice owners can connect with others doing this work in real time. Plus I host The NP Insider, a private space to ask questions, share & steal templates, and get ideas.
